A critical view of theories of innovation and change

I have started an MA in Innovation and Change. I have to do a mid term draft paper by the 22nd April. I am looking for an essay around 2500 words. The title is “A critical view of theories of innovation and change”. I am looking at your paper to get an idea on how to write a paper with possible ideas from you and also to look at the design layout. Could you also pay particular attention to the bibliography. The review is only a part of it the rest is my experience which I have put together already.

As I have never written a paper before I am not sure of layout etc. and having a writers block on the said subject. I require it as soon as possible. I hope that this is okay.
