Topic Selection and Literature Review Resources Select a case study on a crisis or a significant event within your specific field (my specific study is public safety). You will use this case study to conduct your analysis throughout the course. It is important that you select a topic with sufficient information to conduct your research. The course text provides case studies that you can use for your course project, though you are encouraged to use the library to locate a case study for your analysis instead. In your paper, you will provide background information on the event you have chosen using information in the case study and other resources. You will also submit a literature review that summarizes current literature on your crisis. Your literature review must include at least five sources. Review your course project information to know more about the requirements for this assignment. Other Requirements Ensure that your paper meets the following requirements: • Length of paper: Your topic selection should be of 1–2 pages and your literature review should be of 2–5 pages (excluding cover page, abstract, table of contents, and references). • Format: Your paper must include a cover page, abstract, table of contents, and references, and adhere to APA sixth edition formatting. • References: Your topic selection and literature review should use a minimum of five references.
