Select a company with which you are familiar (or make up one). Imagine that this company is developing materials to communicate the company culture, process, procedures, and general information for a new hire. Create a document that does just that. There is no real specified format for this, so you have creative license to make this what you desire. Just make sure to include an APA formatted deliverable – that means even if you made it up, you will need to include at least one element to cite and list a reference.
