If it presents facts, what are these facts? If it expresses opinions or makes statements that are unsupported by evidence, what evidence would we need to find to determine the validity of the opinions or statements?
2. Find at least 2 articles written by journalists (newspapers, magazines, online articles) that demonstrate the significance of social-economic inequality as a topic of debate in current (or recent) political debates. What are the key positions in these political debates, and what points do the articles you examine contribute to these debates? To what extent do they base the positions they take on facts or evidence?
