Ethics Program Implementation

As you can see by your reading, a lot of energy goes into the implementation of an organizational ethics program. And Lockheed Martin has clearly allotted considerable resources to assuring their program is successful.

In this assignment we’ll be focusing on what the company did to assure the the implementation of a successful program that was flexible enough to accommodate the changing needs of the organization.

 

In a 4- to 5-page paper, identify three or four of the initiatives put forth by Lockheed Martin that you consider to have the biggest bang for the buck (so to speak) and discuss why you believe these initiatives have a significant impact on the company’s program. You may use anything presented in the text from this or the previous module in your discussion.
