Review “Breaking the Old Social Contract” on page 70 in Health Policy Analysis: An Interdisciplinary Approach.

1. Write a paper of 800-1,200 words reflecting on this new social contract.
2. If you were to think about a new social contract, what would it entail? Think about this question in terms of two contacts: one between citizens and the state, and one between professionals and the health care system.
